1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WriteMate.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to generate, transmit, or promote content that falls into our Hard-Blocked Categories, which include but are not limited to:

Content facilitating real-world harm to specific individuals (threats, doxxing, harassment)
Content exploiting minors in any way
Content constituting fraud or impersonation
Instructions for illegal weapons, drugs, or dangerous activities

3. Service Tiers

Anonymous Tier: Limited to 5 requests per day. Family-safe mode is permanently enabled.

Registered Tier: Limited to 15 requests per day. Users may toggle family-safe mode for legitimate professional use.

Pro Tier: Unlimited requests subject to fair use policies. Billed monthly or annually via Stripe.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
